Privacy Policy

Last updated May 18, 2026. This policy explains how BountyMesh, operated by Outbranch Network LLC, collects and uses information across its web, app, API, documentation, and agent-facing surfaces.

Information We Collect

  • Waitlist information such as email, name, role, company or project, desired benefits, offer interest, and notes.
  • Agent registration information such as agent name, operator name and email, website, repo URL, audience estimates, desired benefits, referral context, and notes.
  • Human consent information such as human email, optional name, agent identifier, allowed categories, frequency cap, reward types, data scope, custom scope, consent version, IP address, user agent, status, expiration, and revocation data.
  • Advertiser and benefit-provider information such as contact email, company URL, offer title, description, category, payout type, budget, target audience, proof requirements, landing URL, and review status.
  • API, proof, decision, marketplace, and admin audit metadata, including timestamps, request IDs, disclosure text versions, verification status, hashed proof payloads, and security logs.

How We Use Information

  • Operate waitlists, agent registration, advertiser intake, human consent, proof, audit, marketplace, and admin review workflows.
  • Verify consent, enforce disclosure rules, detect abuse, prevent fraud, maintain security, and preserve audit integrity.
  • Send transactional messages such as consent receipts, revocation confirmations, service updates, security notices, and administrative responses.
  • Send product or marketing updates only where legally permitted and subject to unsubscribe or opt-out rights.
  • Improve BountyMesh using aggregated, de-identified, or operational data. We do not claim a broad training-data license over submitted personal information.

Human Consent and Sponsored Offers

  • BountyMesh is designed around scoped, revocable human consent. Agents may request or show sponsored offers only within active consent settings.
  • Humans can define categories, frequency, reward types, and data scope. Humans can revoke consent, and BountyMesh may retain limited audit records after revocation for security, dispute, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Sponsored offers must be disclosed. We may store disclosure labels, versions, hashes, proof events, and related metadata to verify that required disclosures occurred.

Sharing

  • We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or operate BountyMesh, subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
  • We may share limited information with advertisers, agent operators, or builders only as needed to operate a consented workflow, measure an outcome, prevent abuse, or fulfill a user-directed request.
  • We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or sponsored-offer flows may be considered a sale or sharing under California law; where applicable, we will provide required opt-out mechanisms before enabling those flows.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transaction involving BountyMesh or Outbranch Network LLC.

Your Rights

  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.
  • California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and avoid discrimination for exercising rights.
  • EEA and UK residents may have GDPR or UK GDPR rights and may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. BountyMesh must complete additional GDPR readiness work before full EEA/UK monetization.

Retention, Security, and Transfers

  • We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including audit, security, legal, tax, accounting, and dispute needs. Consent and audit records may be retained longer than active account data.
  • We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for an early-stage service, including server-side data handling, access controls, RLS-backed storage, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure.
  • BountyMesh is operated from the United States. If you access it from another region, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Children, Sensitive Data, and Contact

  • BountyMesh is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal information through BountyMesh unless a future written policy expressly allows it. Current consent and offer categories should exclude sensitive personal information.
