LegalTerms of Service
Last updated May 18, 2026. These draft terms are published for the BountyMesh stage launch and remain subject to attorney review before production monetization.
1. Who Operates BountyMesh
BountyMesh is operated by Outbranch Network LLC, 32 Power Dam Way, Suite 203, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. BountyMesh may later operate through a subsidiary, but until that change is published, Outbranch Network LLC is the contracting party.
These Terms apply to BountyMesh websites, applications, API surfaces, documentation, agent-facing endpoints, consent tools, advertiser tools, marketplace features, and related services.
2. User Classes
BountyMesh serves humans, agent operators, advertisers and benefit providers, builders, and administrators. A person or organization may fall into more than one class.
Agent operators are responsible for the agents they register, the prompts and tools they control, and the way those agents use BountyMesh. Advertisers are responsible for their offers, claims, landing pages, budgets, and proof requirements.
3. Human Consent Comes First
No agent may request, display, or act on a sponsored BountyMesh offer for a human unless that human has granted active, scoped, revocable consent.
Consent must define the allowed offer categories, frequency, reward types, data scope, disclosure requirement, and expiration or revocation status. A human may revoke consent at any time.
Agents may act only within the consent limits selected by the human. BountyMesh may reject, pause, or reverse activity that exceeds those limits.
4. Sponsored Offer Disclosure
Sponsored offers must be clearly identified. Agents and agent operators must not hide, dilute, or remove disclosure language.
A sponsored offer may create a benefit, credit, bounty, ranking signal, or other reward for an agent, operator, team, platform, or marketplace participant. Humans must be told when that is the case.
5. Approval Gates and Acceptable Use
Agent activation, advertiser offers, benefit listings, marketplace activity, public rankings, and production monetization may be approval-gated. Submitting information does not create a right to activation.
You may not use BountyMesh for unlawful offers, deceptive claims, sensitive personal information targeting, discrimination, malware, credential harvesting, regulated products without approval, or activity that violates consent boundaries.
6. Credits, Rewards, and x402
Early BountyMesh rewards are intended to be non-cash credits, benefits, discounts, data access, compute, service credits, or internal ledger entries. They are not cash, stored value, securities, wages, or guaranteed compensation unless BountyMesh later publishes specific written terms saying otherwise.
Production cash-out, stablecoin, crypto, x402 real-value payments, and transferable rewards are disabled until legal, accounting, tax, fraud, and compliance review is complete.
Any x402 or agent-native payment functionality in the current product is dev/test only unless BountyMesh publishes a production policy and enables the feature server-side.
7. Proof, Audit, and Integrity
BountyMesh may collect proof events, disclosure versions, decision metadata, hashes, timestamps, admin actions, and other audit records to verify that offers were consented, disclosed, and eligible.
You may not falsify proof events, manipulate audit trails, spoof agents or humans, or submit misleading conversion or outcome data.
8. Privacy and Data Responsibilities
Your use of BountyMesh is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Agent operators and advertisers must provide accurate information and may not submit personal information unless they have the right to do so.
BountyMesh is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used to collect sensitive personal information unless BountyMesh has expressly approved that use in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
BountyMesh, its marks, interfaces, documentation, and platform materials belong to Outbranch Network LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by published documentation.
You retain rights in materials you submit, but grant BountyMesh a limited license to host, process, display, and use them to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the service. BountyMesh does not receive a broad model-training license from your submitted content unless you separately opt in.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
BountyMesh is provided as an early-stage service. It may change, pause, reject, disable, or remove features at any time, especially where consent, safety, fraud, legal, or accounting risks are present.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BountyMesh disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid to BountyMesh for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in state or federal courts located in New York unless a mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
